Almost all businesses are listed in the yellow pages, so that means you have a good chance of identifying who is on the other end of the line. When the reverse yellow page directories give you a business name, you can take that name and put it into a search engine. You can then find out all you need to know about who is calling, and you may even be able to guess why. If this person ends up being a debt collector, find an address to send a cease letter.
